The Quality Policy of Universal Aero Accessories
is to provide quality excellence and service, demanded by our customers,
and to constantly strive to maintain and improve the standard to ensure
we continue to be a respected provider of services.
The basic quality
requirements to achieve the standard are laid down in our FAA Repair
Station and Quality Control Manual. (manuals available upon request)
Quality standards are the responsibility of all personnel and it
is their duty to comply with this policy, to strive to both maintain
and improve quality standards at every opportunity: to identify
and understand the customer and their requirements and to meet these
requirements without error, on time, every time.
In order to achieve this it is necessary to adopt and continuously
improve upon an efficient and effective system of operation throughout
the company. This is achieved by the implementation of, and adherence
to, a system that complies with the requirements of FAA part 145
quality standards, which Universal Aero Accessories has adopted.
